A single camp site is 15m x 10m

Before completing this booking form, please ensure you have the AeraOnline Invoice number from your AeraOnline invoice. 

Please Note:

• Camping is very tight with some unusual shaped sites and some areas with trees and other areas with no trees. Hence our request for the detailed information below.
• You will be required to fit all your vehicle(s) and your single horse onto your 15m x 10m site.
• Sites will be allocated by the Camp Manager based on the date & time of the purchase of BOTH a camp site AND a ride entry on AeraOnline. Camp sites without a horse entry will be allocated once all horses entered have been allocated a camp site. Where possible, (but with no guarantees) the Camp Manager will place friends together, but all parties must purchase their ride entry and camp site within a few hours of each other and be of the same type (i.e. all powered or all unpowered).
• Ride base opens from MONDAY 14TH OCTOBER at 9.30 am and STRICTLY NOT BEFORE.
• Prior to arrival at the ride base, you must report to the Bio Security checkpoint at Yankalilla with your 10-day HHD. Yankalilla is open between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th between 9 am and 3.30 pm on Thursday 17th. After your horse is inspected, your completed HHD will be retained, and you will receive a fresh HHD on coloured paper for use whilst on the ride base. You must present this new blank coloured HHD to the camp manager on arrival as proof that you have been to the Bio Security checkpoint.
• All horses MUST be on ride base by 4 pm Thursday 17th October.

ON ARRIVAL AT RIDE BASE:

STOP AT THE CAMP ALLOCATION SIGN AND DO NOT UNLOAD YOUR HORSE AND WAIT FOR DIRECTIONS FROM THE CAMP MANAGER

ALL CAMPSITES MUST BE VACATED BY 6 PM MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER
